Engagements are structured as confidential, consulting-only services. Work product is intended to support internal evaluation and decision-making for counsel and claims professionals.
Initial contact or inquiry does not establish a physician–patient relationship, an expert relationship, or any consulting relationship unless and until a formal engagement is agreed.
No Clinical Care
We do not provide:
- Medical treatment or clinical care
- Diagnosis or management advice for individuals
- Emergency services
- Physician–patient services of any kind
This website is informational only.
Non-Testifying Consulting
We provide non-testifying medical review and consulting support. We do not offer expert testimony services through this site.
Where a matter requires a testifying expert, we may provide consulting support to assist counsel with medical chronology, issue-spotting, and preparation.
Do Not Send Records Through the Website
Please do not submit:

- Personal health information (PHI)
- Identifiers (e.g., date of birth, passport numbers, medical record numbers)
- Confidential documents

Conflicts and Independence
All work is conducted independently and without advocacy. Where relevant, potential conflicts of interest will be assessed prior to engagement.

Medical review may involve maritime, remote-care, or conventional clinical contexts. Any analysis is conducted with appropriate attention to the setting, available resources, and applicable standards relevant to the allegations presented.
